Hi Corentin, I did try copying the.olm onto the new Macbook Pro and then importing it into Outlook 2016. That did work although it created duplicate sets of folders -one under On My Computer and an identical set under another folder under archive labeled the.olm file. After verifying that the folders were identical I deleted the archive file and seem to be back in business. I'd definitely recommend creating (and saving) the.olm file for anyone upgrading to Outlook 2016 from any previous version. Thanks, Wythe.
